> For splicing I would tell you to talk to Dependable cable. They are subs for Schenck communications in Eugene, Or. There is a good sized job there (1.5-2 yrs.) doing the rebuild for ATT. For Construction it would then Schenck, they are the prime. The number for schenck is 541-686-2077, the man to talk to is Don Chesnutt, he should have the # for Dependable, they are the next office down. Don will be doing production first thing in the morning, for the first 3-4 hrs. so do not call him before 11am.
