I find it strange that you get upset with me over stuff you damaged. And to top that off, you're not man enough to call me, instead you chose to send messages over an open format without even affording me an opportunity to get things straight. But, if you read the contract you signed, you would know that the holding period for retainage is 180 days. I don't want your money, but I'm sure if I gave you your retainage the day you quit, you wouldn't have paid for the damages you caused. Speaking of holding, why did you hold my coupling for a week, but oh yeah, you'll get it to me when you can. You will receive a list of your damages and a copy of the water bill, I'm putting another copy in the mail in the morning. Threatening me with a lawsuit is ridiculous, I would be scared if I was doing something wrong, you're wasting your time I am doing everything by the contract you signed.
