Project Manager


Was the project manager for a 600-mile re-build, new build, upgrade,
and wreck out for Adelphia Communications. I was responsible for all
aspects of the operation. These included but not limited to payroll,
hiring of all contractors, hiring of all in house crews, weekly sheets and
payroll to prime contractor and Adelphia. I was also responsible for all
QC and the distribution and re-ride of all gigs handed out. Also
responsible for the collection and sell of all wreck-out cable and
electronics. Until the stoppage of work by Adelphia, I was scheduled to
be the Project Manager for the next project, which consisted of 400 miles
of upgrade, new build, re-build, and wreck out.

Director of Operations


Was responsible for the every day operations of all outside plants.
This involved the up-keep of 28 systems in 9 states around the country.
This included routing all techs to their respective areas. Planning of all
projects to complete. Coordination of all construction projects.
Maintaining public relations with all contracted properties. Renegotiating
of all contracts. Conducted all on-site meetings with residents and
management. Responsible for walk-thru at with prospective clients and
properties. Also did day-to-day hook-ups, disconnects, service calls, and
routine maintenance when needed. Responsible for the construction of all
new or expanding properties. Also responsible for the every day contact
with subcontractors on site at projects. Required to be on call 24 hours a
day, 7 days a week. Responsible for the hiring of techs and the replacing
of techs when required. Maintain all FCC standards and testing when
required. Responsible for trouble shooting products with manufacturers.

System Technician

Was responsible for the every day operations that included routing tech
to jobs, serving as back up for any service problems that arose. Maintain
daily FCC logs and compile daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly FCC leakage
reports. Establish weekly on-call schedules for all techs.
Back-up for all occasions from in office emergencies to outside plant
emergencies.
Also did installs, disconnects, non-pays, service,
and major maintenance as needed.
