companies not abiding by their contracts
Is anyone else tired of companies not paying (without a legit reason) and not even having the good sense to say that they are having money problems with their customer, just saying that they are waitng on final QC, while not even paying on invoices, never mind the retainage? Let me hear about. maybe we could get together and go to the customer to get our money, if the prime still wants to play games!
