Think you touched on it Old Man, I don't know a sweeper or cutter worth their salt that would trade piece work for hourly provided they work on a decent paying project. Glad I tossed my watch years ago. As for tracking the trivial crap I never found it worth MY time to bother filling out the paperwork.
