Aw geezzz, what difference does it make if I'm an in-house tech or not? To give you some more detail there fella, it's aerial for one span and goes underground the rest of the way, about six hundred feet to input of L.E. with 4 taps in between.
Yes I'm in-house, I work in Central Fl., the lightning capitol of the USA, we are flooded with repair work and outages and so on. Since this problem tends to come and go so infrequently it's basically a second order priorty taking back seat to more severe problems. Yes I know it's a problem that won't go away. I know too that the company is in a money crunch and we are severly understaffed so's we's got's to do what's we's got's to do...
