Job has active reverse, you have to be able to splice it right, sweep is behind us as we splice and it must sweep. Loose drops, hs to hs, pin fittings won't do. Mix of UG and aerial(back and front). Mostly UG. I need 5 guys who can look at a map and don't need a babysitter. The price will depend on how good each guy splices. Starting pay is in the .20s. I'll pay you according to how well you splice. Pay is 30 days out, I can spot you some cash to keep you floating til you get paid. Must have own vehicle(truck, van or suv) own vehicle Insurance and valid drivers license. 100% ped replacement on UG. You get paid for them. Not hard work if you know what you are doing.
