Did you know that according to the department of labor if you pay someone for work under a contract after that work is done you are accepting the work as complete and acceptable, even if you did not get paid from the prime yet and that iit is against the labor laws to Backcharge for that work. There is a bunch of fancy wording that is used and you should contact them and find out exactly so you can protect yourself from false backcharges.
