If you find Terry Fontenot with Outside Plant Services, tell him to call Carrell Communications.   He seems to have left town without paying crews and now his phones have been disconnected and his office has been shut down in Texas City.  Its ashame when hard working crews don't get paid for work they went out of their way to help out on.
