You'll never make it work because TWC in-house guys are typically soft and lazy with virtually no work ethic to speak of.
Sure, you guys might make a ding for a while, but then it'll fall apart just like every other time they have tried this. When we were contracting with Vision Cable back in days before the TWC Advance-Newhouse merger, they even tried to do the same thing.... but they couldn't make it work because of the simple fact that when you put work like that on an hourly basis, you’ll get nooooo production.
You'll never make it work long term. You in-house guys secure my future with your ineptitude so I am thankful that you are there.
Besides, you know in your heart that your inhouse guys can’t hold a candle to contractors in regards to volume and quality of work.
The numbers will eventually shock the bean counters and things will go back like they always do.
According to TWC’s own numbers, it costs over 80.00 per truck roll…just for giggles…. you do the math.
Get for real.

Needless to say I'm now out of work while my old co. is struggling with ug work. This was supposed to be a nation-wide directive and was wondering if any other T.W. franchises are doing the same thing. We're were hopping it would all blow up in their faces but so far it looks like it's going to stick. Maybe it is time to find a real job!
