We pay 5.00 per Digital box plus a 5.00 trip chatge for each address. Basically 10.00 for a 1 box swap.

Additional outlets are 7.75 plus the same trip charge of 5.00. Works out to 12.75 for the AO plus 5.00 more for each box installed.

I am not familiar with the 2nd box AO code that you mention. What is that?
