Splitter Problem Idea <-------

When I was a Tech I had the exact same problem a few times . Each time it came up the same thing . If you have a backwards splitter it will give you this weird response on the other TV set or v/s . I would also check to make sure you don't have any CLI leaks . And yes be sure to check the fittings . But everytime it was a splitter hooked up backwards .
