Teach me

Where can I learn the more technical side of construction (aerial), ie. strand sizes and their load limits, types of strand and types of cable as well as their capabilities, as well as different types of hardware and their uses. I presently work as a lineman and get done anything you want done I have a lot of practical experience but never have been shown the more technical things such as described above.
