Federal indictments will be handed down as early as this week on all the Rigass'. Hopefully our limp-wristed judicial system will make an example out of these scum-bags, although I personally won't hold my breath. I'm sure when all is said and done they will still be multi-millionaires and we tax payers will be left holding the bill. Still I can dream of a day when crooks, no matter how much money they have, have to answer for their crimes.
