As far as I know and from past experience, that old stuff (Pre-MC2) was bad when they manufactured it. It sucks water like crazy so losses are way beyond anything acceptable in a modern two-way system. I believe the losses are supposed to be comparable to the MC2, but I can't find any of my old data books to verify it.
> Does anyone have information on a cable called "General Fused Disk" I'm looking for loss/100' of .412, .500, & .750. None of the old handbooks I have list it. I tried General Cable's web site, but they don't make coax anymore. Any info is appreciated. (rebuild situation-the bean counters say it's too expensive to replace it unless it's bad) (-REDACTED-)
