The industry IS changing!
This morning Philips employees were told that C-COR.net had purchased them (Manlius, NY) and their European (France) fiber/broadband division. Not clear on all particulars yet, except that C-COR.net will probebly take full control in Aug/Sept.
This is just another MAJOR change in the indusry folks! Watch the industry trade papers for more!
