This is the # and address that was on my 1099.
I have not recieved any retainage either and have not heard of anyone who has. Not only that but they over 1099'd me by about $150,000 and have'nt sent a corrected one. I know they screwed up other contractors 1099's as well and getting them to act on anything is tough.
