First, it's, "AERIAL". Second, the first response was correct. You'd become a much better splicer if you knew how to troubleshoot etc. And if you know how that coax got there, what it can & can't tolerate (incl. weathering), etc. Besides, you might not have to wait for a construction crew to show up & you could bill for that service too.
