i hear ya....i've always taken pride in my work...be it cable or simple work around the house. i've never understood the work ethic of a hack. i've met several...and i'm still at a loss.....the problem is there are too many hacks out there today in this splicer-flooded market. the primes know they can pay dirt-cheap prices and get the worst money can buy.....i know of a couple of jobs that are 4 weeks out and they still hold 10% retainage.....tell me that job looks good

Bet your butt that the sub is getting his or her money long before you get yours. one week two weeks maybe 3 or 4 no. that is why most of these jobs get the hackers they will work for anything or any one, then complain about it. go figure
