R & D Cable Services, Eli McKay, and Roger Riley

We have been trying for some months now to get paid by you for work performed. No luck. promises from Eli, but no results. Promises from Roger to deal with the situation, same, no results. We are gentlemen and would like to resolve this privately. May we have your cooperation? Has anyone else out there had the same problem with these people? If so, speak up!.
