My advice to you is to STAY AWAY. I live in Chicago and will not work in Chicago as the job is currently a clusterf#*k. ATT has the primes gear up w/as many splicers as they can get with the threat of taking away nodes if they can't produce them. ATT then fails to get parts needed to the contractors. The result: 2 weeks on 3 weeks off.
I will tell you that the job has potential to be profitable even though the prices have been cut $.12/ft over the past year or so.(probably 2years of work left,mostly in the burbs where the spans get bigger)
I would also tell you which company I think you should contact but the job is very political and I would'nt want to get myself blackballed for ripping on certain primes.Lets just say that there is a reason I listed Pirtano first.
