I have worked for Terry in the Past and he has had his problems like everyone. As far as being able to handle the contract I would say yes. I have seen him handle some big contracts before and have worked on some for him. I no longer deal with him as he unknowingly schooled me to become a prime myself. Skip was just a foreman last I heard but if he is more than that, that can't be good, he is an old school lineman and has no business sense.
