There seems to be something missing with all the postings I see about not supporting the union due to all the dawgs being self-spoken. A union rep has to be voted in. He/she is SUPPOSED to voice the general opinions of the masses. I know,in a perfect world ... and it doesn't always happen this way. But the idea of getting the masses together to form an organization, union or whatever, like Jim says, is the idea here. There ARE plus sides to organizing. Do you think any of the uppers are going to listen to the opinions of one man? Or do you think they would be more inclined to listen to a group of people, where the more there are, the stronger... just my thoughts.
