You must have insurance, tools and truck/van. Quality control has become 100% on all work completed, so be prepared. I am looking for 3 to 4 (2) man crews maybe more depending on the quality of the crews. There will be lockbox replacements, postwires, wreckout, conduit placement and hand digging. There is plenty of work and materials.
