Speaking of Unions. Does anyone know what the leading cause of current negotiated labor (unionizing) is? It's not the monies! It’s not the job security! It's due to the lack of communications between the two parties!
If you got the moxi to do something about your situation then bring it to leadership’s attention. Suggest a better way to table and communicate both of your needs.and see if he/she/they bite. It could only help.
