Yankey, liked you comment, in my system I am very lucky as the customer service is really super, never have to wait more than 2 minutes for problem call and that does not happen very often in 18 years with the same cable company. Have been on cablemodem for over 4 years now and still getting better the 600 kbps. Other cables companies in my area ...Canada....have trouble with satellite service and do not look any further why, second hand rebuilt RF amplifier from 450 to 500 MHz, where they think by just changing the IC will do a decent upgrade....
