You're right!......This does sound stupid. If you are looking for work, you should be looking in the "in-house jobs", or the "contract jobs" section. That's why this site divided up into different topics. Why don't you try selecting the topic that suits your needs, and cut out all of whining. I hear enough of that sh** on the job.

I have seen a lot of ads on the bar about installing dishes and other crap that just clutters the mind or is there a place where you can go. That is your particular job or field underground or splicing and so forth please keep the crap to a minimum.
