Think of it as a brother to the unions, or the il-legitimate son of Pre-Paid Legal Sevices. Could be the most efficient organization dedicated to 'Takin' care of our own'...of 'Takin' care of Biznez'. Either way, I am sure that it could prove to be the greatest deterrent to thieving in the world of C.A.T.V.
