Join an industry leader, Time Warner Cable, on your way to success. We have an immediate opening for a Designer II.

You will be responsible for designing and drafting CATV networks on Focus and/or Lode Data design software. You will design new CATV networks, which include rebuilds, upgrades and small extensions. Other responsibilities include overseeing major designs; reviewing system designs and the database for accuracy; maintaining node tracking sheets; coordinating design phases with the system for construction scheduling; and checking system as-builts and run amplifier level addresses.

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent with two to four years experience and/or course work in Design and Drafting of CATV networks.
Demonstrated operational knowledge of computer operations, file management, DOS 6.1; Windows 95 desired. Must possess basic fundamentals of electricity and signal transmissions.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision,and the ability to adjust focus. This position occasionally requires lifting up to ten pounds of weight.
