Those prices are way to low for that state! If anyone isn't aware of West Virginias laws - BEWARE! You have to have a WV Contractors license to work there, even as a sub. You also have to buy Workers Comp from the satet of WV (your regular workers comp is no good in WV) The whole bag of getting a license and taking tests, etc, etc. isn't worth it! They have state compliance officers who WILL stop you and ask for your license, if ya don't have one they will issue a ceast and dissest order, you then have to go to a hearing - a whole buch of bureaucratic crap. It is the worst state I've ever been in for working as a sub...
