You can download most USGS Quadrangle maps from the site:
http://edcwww.cr.usgs.gov/Webglis/ftpdlg.html
These are DGL files (digital line graph) and are in a SDTS format, they can be converted to AutoCAD dwg files though, but it will take some time and also reading on there website to do this. It can be done though. But it is free!
