Concerning R&S,
I Know Randy the owner of R&S and he has been in business since mid 80"s. They are located in Romeoville southwest of Chicago..is a prime for AT&T south suburbs.. He has done some directional for us in Florida and his crews did good quality work. Pete Prichard is the operations man in charge.
We have not worked for him as a contractor as we are located in the southeast but He has a fairly good sized building and quite a lot of equipment. If this is the same company ..Randy is a standup guy as is Pete.
