The prime in ST. LOUIS is Charter. You need to contact either John Birkenmeyer or Todd Rumbo @ Charter Commons. Sorry I can't remember the number. But, they are in charge of sales and marketing, and they bring new crews in. Tell them Jim sent you. Good Luck!
