Take my advise, buy new equipment, if you want to upgrade, most retrofit equipment only get new IC from 500 to 750 or 870 MHz, the rest of  diode, resistance etc. stay the same. Upgrade equipment always look good when sweepped as a single unit, but put a fews in a cascade and you'll see the real world, bad peak and valley response. There are a lot of it (new equipment) around at decent pricing.
