I have ten nextels active on my account and had just one problem with one phone. I went on there web site and the problem was fixed the same day. I guess if there was one thing I would like to see them fix it would be that they put up a few more towers in the area I am at. As far as billing I have never hade a problem. Try there web site If you are having problems It seems to work for me.
