Re: NEXTEL PHONE SUCK


We had to drop our account with Nextel for the same reason.You have to spend an hour waiting to talk to someone that can't do anything to get correct the billing.They are only helpful with signing you up with an account but after that they are clueless in trying to fix their mistake. I did like the two-way but dealing with their f-up just was not worth it.You would think they could use some of their revenue to higher some more skilled representives. The two-way service is a great service.(peace)
