Scott.. Everyone knows that the MSO does not recieve the books for the nodes completed as soon as they are completed. It takes a little time. When they do get around to skimming through the books they let you know about the problems they find up to a year or more later. If there is a problem it has to be fixed or it doesnt get paid due to the fact that they have either 3, 6, or 12 months before they pay the prime, BUT YOU SHOULD KNOW THIS. It just so happend that your books were brought to my attention 4 months later by the MSO and the Prime. Thats when it got resolved. Everyone seems to want something for nothing nowadays.
