When you want to attach new cable to power poles somtimes you will not have clearance to meet new buil
d clerances over the road or distance from power to strand.So you need to propose the poles in which you want to build on and the power company or contractors for the power company will set new poles or adjust existing power lines to allow proper attachments.Somtimes it takes months for these changes before you can properly attach to power acording to nesc specs.>
