Also included in the "make ready" process is
1. The cleaning of poles and or spans of treee limbs and brush.
2. Relocation of bell plant or exsisting cable plant to another legal location on the same pole to allow clearnce (separation) for your new legal contact.
3. The wreck out or delash-relash of old cable plant to lighten the load when new plant is to be added later. Preventing it from sagging to low, into the bell plants area.
Or the weight of the cable/fiber bundle being to much for the size and strenght of the strand to carry. Hope this helps you out.
