Avoid the temptation to lay it on, however, and just stick to the facts. If you forward even one piece of erroneous evidence they will all sieze upon it and play their usual game of rationalizing that you are a whacko or malcontent. Ladies and gentleman of the CATV industry, we can still make a big difference by doing each other right and by not tolerating this type of behavior from a relatively small minority of greedy jerks.
