2) You always have to turn the carrier off to measure CTB and CSO. CTB is usually measured under the carrier at a 10 KHz band width. CSO is always measured at +and- 750 and 1,50 MHz from the carrier.

3) In a HRC system all carrier are mouved to a perfect 6.00 MHz a part. Usually ch. 2 is tranfert from 55.25 to 54.00 MHz from where we produced 6 MHz comb generator from that 54.00 and all the other carrier are locked on this comb generator and then all the carrier are a perfect 6 MHz apart, where the CTB and CSO always fall under the carrier.

By the way, HRC system was invented by a Canadian named Israel sh**wzer, the problem been, the Canadian gouverment never allowed it to be used in Canada.(flame)
