That may very well be true. I am not a company. I am just observing what's going on. I'd rather make some $$ to pay my mortgage than become delinquent on it.

The cost of living out there must be pretty low, I couldn't afford to be on the road, pay my mortgage and all the associated expenses of both at that price unless the running and architecture or the system were wide open in the country.
