If you're talking about Bailey Comm. on the west coast, they're not bad, at least thats what I have heard from people that have worked for them. I've been on projects that they were on also and haven't heard anything overly negative about the quality of the work they produce ( you've always got something that goes wrong on a project that is blamed on the contractor ).
