> Are you using a SDA5000? Are you using 7.0 version firmware? Is your meter stealthware upgraded to 2.5 or above? These are all downloadable from Acterna, But before you upgrade store all files and channel plans in your current stealthware program. It will convert it to the newest format for you. Then check and change your com port to (usually) com1. Match your baude rate with the meter and stealthware. (under tools). Make sure you have a null modem cord or offical acterna cord. You should connect.
