In North Al. they was putting that sh*t on. (Charter /Crown Fiber). I dropped a piece in the bottom of my basket in Nov. 2001 and its still there. The purpose of it, waterproofing or give the tech a hard time. The stuff they were putting on was like tar. A real pain in the a** to get on or off. Later
