Bids have to be tailored to each job, the trick is to look at the job real close, what is the ratio of U.G. to Arial, is it composite pricing, ect, make as much as you can in the area you are strongest at and let a litle go in the areas that you are going to sub out, you have to be realistic in your pricing if you expect to get the job and still make a decent profit.
