Re: P1 Cable losses


For crying out loud it was a simple question asked, this is the technical section not the post and get ridiculed section.

Here are the losses we use per 100' of P1 .500

MHz        5          40      55     535    550      750     860

.500PI    0.17    0.52    0.62    2.20    2.24    2.71    3.00

As far as 15% of P1 being proofed as good, I would have to say that we have had more luck than that. It could possibly depend on weather proofing in wet climates and original cable placement procedures, and as always tolerences during manufacturing.
