Most operators can't afford to sweep their systems as often as advised (6X annually). Be PROACTIVE, reveiwing and processing your data (POP,sweep, cli etc.) will reveal trends and enable corrective action to be scheduled easily. Generally the key to PM is solving minor problems B4 they become major ones. In 1996 HP published many articles and guidelines for PM and tracking programs. Many more solutions if needed, hope it helped!
