OK......i am looking for 3-4 linemen, to go either on ftg or hours. There is some window time involved in this due to the fact that we cover the state in maintenance for Cox Systems here. MAINTENANCE... not 500 miles of raise and run, no we will not have clean-up crews available to come behind you, overlash means to lash 1 or more cables over existing coaxs, therefor you can't use the freakin strandlocks on it, just because you are placing another cable on an existing package does not mean you can kink the sh** out of the existing one. Now i know there are still some guys out there that can do the work required here, and if you want hours, hell i'll pay you hours, frankly, i think that is the way to go on maintenance anyway, now you are not gonna make the front cover of Forbes magazine working here, but if your work is good, you will stay employed and make descent money, for those of you that won't work unless you are making 2-3k a week don't respond, just sit your ass at home and complain about no work and no money or how bad a company has screwed you lately..This posting will be available for 1 week then it will terminate and we will hire green hands and train if necessary, thus opening a temporary postion for a trainer. Now i am not usually this irritated, but of all the guys we have here, they were all trained by us, and yes they still get gigs, but they are not going around saying they CAN-DO everything, now on the same page we are also looking for a field supervisor, and this is not for a paper manager, this is for someone who will be out in the field, issueing out the work and verifying that it is done right, this will be salary.
