The AT&T story is still to date that (0)Zero work performed by sub-contractors under the prime contractors has passed QC. Not even (1). I know several Prime contractors and EXP. They made the mistake of contracting with poor quality sub contractors. Now they have to clean up the mess. If you have a direct contract with one of the primes then go to them. Don't spread BS around because it will stick to everyone! And yes I know your work and I have seen the photo's. Your work was not complete.
